Thanks to payment automation, the parent can pay the premium in two clicks, and you can save a lot of time. Payment is based on Przelewy24 or PayU, which charge 1% commission. The commission can be passed on to the payer or to the club. The parent, after selecting the option - pay, will be redirected to the selection page of his/her bank or can pay the premium by blister.

If payment is made through the ProTrainUp system via Przelewy24 or PayU, premiums will automatically be marked as paid in the premium module. The module is available free of charge in all club licenses!

Automate the sending of backlog reminders.

The mass communication module, is another element that will allow you to automate the sending of reminders about the upcoming payment deadline or arrears to parents.

The system itself adds to the list of message recipients, all those who have any arrears. Thanks to quick tags and the serial correspondence option, the system will send a dedicated SMS or E-mail message with the calculated total amount of arrears as of the date of dispatch on the day of the month you specify.
