To create a training, go to the tab in the left-menu: diary team dashboard, then click on any day in the team calendar and select "training" in the window that will appear on the screen.
When you click on the " training" button, a window for creating a training will appear on your screen. It consists of three main tabs: basic information, training goals and training equipment.
The first step in creating a training is to name it and specify the date, time and duration. The duration can be set manually or it will be counted as the sum of the times of the used exercises. The next step is to specify the location of the workout. You can either enter it manually or select it from a predefined list of objects that is created in the object module.
The next step is to define your training goals. These are divided into four types: technique, motoring, group activities and mentality. The last step is to determine the equipment needed, by default it is generated from the exercises added to the training.
