Practice Description:
- In this 5v2 Rondo, the players work in groups of 7 in an 8-meter square.
- The 5 outside players aim to keep possession of the ball and are only allowed to use 1 touch. They are positioned on the outsides but must still play within the area.
- The 2 inside players (yellow bibs) work together to press, close the angles, and win the ball.
- if the 2 inside players win the ball within the first 10 passes, they BOTH switch roles with 2 outside players.
- The 2 middle players carry bibs, which signify that they are the defenders.
Opis vaje:
