Relay game: TIC - TAC - TOE
  • Tic-tac-toe game with 9 empty squares as shown in the picture.
  • Each player has to do speed work with a ball (slalom) and then go and get a cone (in the colour of his team) and put it in one of the empty squares of the tic-tac-toe game.
  • He must come back to pick up his ball and pass it to his partner.
  • The partner starts once he has received the ball.
  • The first team to make a line wins.
  • 4-5 sets for example.
?Variant 1: same exercise but run without ball, players only go to put a cone in the empty squares and come back to the starting point.
?Variant 2: if you have a lot of players, the players can land themselves in the empty squares, the partner starting when the player has both feet in the empty square.
