Coordinative warm-up without and with a ball

Sequence:
→ in the large square (25 x 25 m) a small square is built in the center (4 x 4 m)
→ Four coordination stations will be set up in the gaps (see graphic); all players are equally divided between the four starting positions
→ the first players at the starting positions start with an exercise of the running ABC towards the center (small square); the next players start with the same task when the person in front is approx. 5 m away
→ Arrived at the cone, the players carry out the coordinative exercise on their right side; then the position change follows in a counter-clockwise direction

Variations:
→ the first player dribbles around the cone with the ball on his foot and plays the ball back, the recipient of the pass starts a tempo dribble
