We divide the players as shown in the drawing.
1. Pass to the teammate who has to scan the opponent behind him and receive the ball and pass it to the sideline.
2. The player who receives the ball passes to the teammate who is further ahead.
3. The teammate receives the ball and passes to the player who is on the sideline.
4. The teammate who receives the ball and dribbles the cones.
5. The player who gave the pass replaces the player who received the ball.
6. The teammate after dribbling the cones goes to the center to start the exercise again.
