An exercise library is the place where you create your training structure. Thanks to the possibility of an unlimited number of folders and sub-folders you are able to build your library in any way you like. To add a folder to the library, right-click on any empty field in your library and select "new folder" from the menu. After adding it, you can change its name by clicking on it and selecting "change name" from the menu. The next step is to create an exercise inside the folder. We have two options to add a new exercise. The first is to right-click and select "create a new exercise" from the menu. The second option is to select the "exercise" -> "create new" from the left menu.
You need to complete a few important fields when creating an exercise. First, give the name of the exercise and in which folder the exercises should be. Below you will find several fields describing the exercises. The more fields you complete, the easier it will be to find them later, filtering exercises on such factors as: age category, training stage, type of training or coaching points, i.e. tags. Of course, do not forget to describe the exercise, duration and its intensity. You can also add equipment to the exercise that you will need to implement it. In addition, you can add several graphics to the exercise.
The exercise libraries are built on the model of a file manager, so you can use functions such as cut, rename, add, transfer exercises between folders or change folder views. All these functions will make working with this tool very easy.Back
