As a coordinator or function person with appropriate authorizations, you have the option of creating new users in the ProTrainUp system. To add a new club employee, go to the left menu and click on "employees" and then "add new". The form for adding an employee will open. You have several important fields to fill in. The first of these is the function holded in the club. The next step is to enter the employee`s e-mail address. An activation link will be sent to the provided e-mail address. Then enter the name of the employee. The system will automatically generate a login and password for the employee. These data will be sent to the provided e-mail address. In addition, you can enter information about the subject, gender, date of birth, nationality and phone number. After filling in the required fields, click save.
After adding an employee, go to the list of employees, as you can see, each employee has written roles in the system. Remember that each user can fulfill more than one role! To edit employee permissions, click on the menu icon next to the selected employee and select the "permissions" option. There you can choose to which additional system components an employee should have access to.
If it would happen that the employee forgot his login and password, you can check it quickly by going to the "access data" tab in the left menu. After going to the website you will see a table with logins and passwords. To view a password, just click on it.Back
