Cyclic and individual training

The system gives you the opportunity to plan your training a few weeks into the future. To do this, go to the "schedule" tab in the left menu. If you want the training to be repeated along with the exercises, then with the previously created training, click one of the icons in the upper right corner of the training. After clicking on the "edit" icon, a window will open in which you will be able to set the periodicity of the training by selecting the frequency of training and until when training will be repeated.

The next icon is copying the workout. After clicking on it, a window will appear in which you can specify which day and team, the copied training should appear.

If you want to schedule a cyclic workout without previously defined exercises, you can do it directly when creating the training itself. To create a workout, go to the "schedule" tab and then click "add training" on the selected day. After entering information about the training, you can plan the cyclicity of this training.

In this window you can also manage the list of participants. Click "manage participants", after clicking you will see a window with the option of choosing which players you are calling for training. In addition to players from your team, you can also invite any player from the entire academy to train. To do this, click the "call from another team" button. The participant management function is also useful when planning individual trainings.
