Ball possession exercise with players in recovery acting only as support players for team in possession. The players outside the square will be divided 2 for each team and central support will play for his color team.

So the game will be a 6x3 situation with transitions between defensive and attacking moments. It may be added a limit of 2/3 touches by a player to increase the speed of ball movement. The exercise intends to be an endurance-strength effort for blue and red teams inside the square and a recovery situation for blue/red players outside the square, so it's important to control its dynamic with frequent feedback.
