Exercise - Dribbling - Faints to create space
Starting in 4 man chain organization, with dribbling and timing different faints.
Progresses into receiving with pressure from different directions to use faints in order to find space and then dribble.
Players are always starting together from both sides.
Step overs, cuts, faints all can be practiced in here. Coach must pay attention to timing and all moves should be done in the space between two poles. Progress into passing with some players in the middle.
Progress into 2v2 situation by combining two lines.
30m long with 7m spaces between the lines.
