The Blue team is keeping possession of the ball while trying to find a yellow player with no ball. Once the player receives the ball outside a point will be rewarded. The red team is trying to win the ball, once they do they try to find an outside player who does not have a ball. They also get rewarded with a point. The team who played the ball to the outside player will look for the ball from one of the yellow players. After about 5 minutes, the yellow team will come in and either red or blue will come out.
